After the loss of her father, the king, Princess Adelaide of Alpinoa is shocked to discover she must be married in order to be crowned queen. With Christmas Eve as her deadline, she enlists the help of her eccentric besties to devise a plan and find her prince.

American commoner Hayden considers Adelaide’s unusual request and the team prep him for royal duties, complete with princely makeover. On a day off, Hayden joins Addy on the countryside and their formal arrangement takes a turn.

Adelaide and Hayden announce their engagement to the public, but a spontaneous night out ends in controversy. Just as Addy and Hayden get closer, someone in her inner circle reveals too much and her secret plan begins to unravel.

With her secret exposed and Hayden out of the picture, Adelaide is forced to make the hardest decision of her life. A surprising reaction from her country sparks a new idea, and the team attempts one last try to save Alpinoa by Christmas.
