But inside each diamond are "inclusions"; crystals growing in a different way, carbon that didn't change, even pockets of air or other gemstones. Bill and Ashley are sharing the beautiful and unique "inclusions" of being a part of a jewelry store and being in the world of gemology, geology, and goldsmithing.
