She talks about how it affects her day-to-day life and the impact it can have on her training.     Today we chat all things female with our first (male) guest. Lee is one of my older brothers who is also a coach and is the one that got me into training. Growing up with two sisters and having a lot of female clients, Lee is aware of the many day-to-day struggles that women face because of their gender. He wants to help raise awareness around the issue and also further educate himself. In light of the recent campaigning for Women's rights on social media we thought this was a very fitting episode to record.

Lady Lifters is a community for like-minded women to inspire, empower and motivate one another during their fitness journeys. This episode talks about where Lady Lifters came from and I talk a bit about my own fitness journey so far and what got me into lifting.
