MINDF*CK Natalie Ruxton

Caroline Reynolds, or as we call her, Creyn (pronounced Kr-En), is the happiest person (our age) I know. The 21-year-old from Boston is a senior at the University of Southern California, and is also one of the most productive individuals I know. Her bubbly energy, serotonin and zest for life are truly contagious.

Creyn and I could not be more different in regards to our viewpoints on spirituality and career, yet I’ve shared some of my most joyous moments in college with her. Though you may not know Creyn, I think everyone can learn something from her wonderfully innocent and simplistic view on life that is all about the power of being here, now, on this planet, even if it all is for nothing.

This episode, just as Creyn does, likely will make you want to find happiness in even the most silly, meaningless parts of life. So, please, let her contagious love of life wash over you.
