Episode 63: Yet Another Sh*t Filler

Episode 63: Yet Another Sh*t Filler

Good. Lord. I (Sathya) spend twenty-five minutes just running my big mouth once again while Brock is out of town (don't worry you die-hard Brock fans - he'll be back). I rant and rave about "starving artists", the upcoming Daniels film Everything Everywhere All At Once, and why just going for it is best when it comes to your own personal projects.

Now why don't you scroll the hell down and ask us a question with Spotify's new Q&A feature?

    Episode 61: Rachel Kaftan

    Episode 61: Rachel Kaftan

Holy hell, we're back. After two long years, we're back. And we're back with a bang. We sat down with actor, writer, and producer Rachel Kaftan to talk about her newest project "Boy Vey", a one woman show written by and starring Rachel herself! Rachel tells us about the origins of the show and how it stemmed from her love life and shares her thoughts as an actor getting started in the entertainment industry. She shares with us stories from her past and how coming up as a single child led to using her imagination to create worlds and stories.

"Boy Vey" is a funny yet insightful story about a girl trying to find love while struggling to reconcile her romantic life and her generational trauma surrounding the Holocaust as the two topics keep conflicting with each other. We saw the play and highly recommend you go check it out as well. But hurry! The show is in its final two weekends. Book tickets at www.santamonicaplayhouse.com/boyvey today!
