In 2019 Morgan founded Predicta Football, the 1st science-based talent identification tool for predictive recruitment in football.

He helps clubs determine with more accuracy which young players to invest in before others. At the individual player level he estimates young players' potential to become professionals in the future using scientific assessments of their mental, psychological & cognitive resources. A chat with High Performance Sports Psychologist Tom Bates. During a 15 + year career Tom has worked with several English Premiership clubs and his work has extended into other professional sports working with GB Basketball, Swimming, Boxing, Rugby, Golf and Fencing. During the summer Olympic games of 2020 he worked with select Team GB athletes to maximise performance under pressure, engaging and applying Peak Performance principles based on the Science of Psychology.

Theo Corbeanu from Hamilton Ontario enjoyed a very successful 2021. He made his EPL debut for Wolves and played for Canada's National Team. Theo is currently on loan at Sheffield Wednesday and last year he spoke to our young players about the importance of believing in yourself, enjoying the game and training at a high level.
