Sports Talk Andreas Gukeisen

I this episode i go over the idea of a public space that is dear to me. The fitness center at my university brings a unique environment, which has benefitted me greatly over the course of my college life.

My podcast revolves around the idea that sports can give meaning to people's lives. Sports can help people cope with tough experiences in life because you are transported away from your everyday routine. Some people don't understand why people even care about sports stating that fans aren't benefiting from a team winning, but I disagree. Actually, fans get an entertainment experience that can bring them together with family or help them perk up when they have a down day. Sports isn't about politics or social issues, it's just about two teams playing against each other. To prove my point, I've decided to invite one of my close highschool friends to join me on the podcast so we can demonstrate that sports gives us meaning in life. The podcast is a back and forth conversation between my friend and I as we talk about several big sports topics.
