She is a leader and a learner, with a diverse education including an Honours Degree in Sociology, a Bachelor of Education, a Degree in Interior Design and a Certificate in Event Planning.  
    Ashley believes wholeheartedly that it’s time to connect and celebrate the rise of women as a collective vibration that is fuelled with love and compassion, bravery and greatness, empowerment and the readiness to thrive. She saw the needs, the wants and interests of women new and local to our town and has built a community to service those needs. At the end of the day, she is definitely a woman you want in your corner.

    Jason Gillham received both a bachelors and masters degree in applied science from the University of Waterloo. Raised in Duntroon and growing up in the community, Jason was an avid athlete in many sports competing in alpine skiing at elite levels. Upon graduation from the University of Waterloo, Jason founded his first business which developed underwater laser scanners and cameras to explore and inspect the depths of the ocean as far down as 6000m. This business was acquired in 2020 and Jason is now returning to the South Georgian Bay area as the Founding Executive Director of the South Georgian Bay Innovation and Technology Accelerator.

    Darryl Hindle is the Owner of Quench Buggy and FestEquip which rent and distribute water stations for events and municipalities across North America. These products and services are geared towards reducing waste and adding promotional tools. 
    Before staring these businesses Darryl was involved in different aspects of Industrial and Mechanical engineering with Automotive companies such as Chrysler, Magna and Manac as well as helping run the family rental business. Through the two current companies Darryl operates, over 175 festivals and events each year are able to provide free access to drinking water at events from Concert and festivals to sporting event. 
    When not working, Darryl volunteers with Economic Development, Community Futures, minor hockey and minor lacrosse as well as enjoying family time and anything outdoors.
