In my career with IMA, I can honestly say it has always represented an opportunity and I am familiar with moving from one role to another. When you see situations from different viewpoints, it is easier to adapt and find the best way to respond to the need for a new approach. External factors will often dictate new rules, and only companies who are proactive and flexible will survive in a fast-moving scenario.
