Shauntay is a south Florida native currently living in Dallas Texas. Her love for food began when she was a child , and while eating lunch that was made by her mother she would inquire about what was going to be for dinner. Shauntay didn’t realize that cooking was her calling until a break up and job loss occurred back to back, and her kitchen was not only her place of passion but her place of peace.






She started the blog theglamkitchen.com in October of 2018 and now has 40,000 monthly visitors to the blog as well as an Instagram following of 22,000 and growing. Her mission is to empower millennial women to become more comfortable in the kitchen, and she does that by sharing recipes and kitchen tips and tricks weekly. Shauntay’s future plans include continuing to grow her blog, and eventually starting a boutique catering company.
