Kamau Maina, Big Data and Customer Value Management Lead at Safaricom PLC believes that the use of AI in Kenya is still at a rudimentary level. Open AI, the company behind Chat GPT, has made its models accessible for various applications, reducing production time and allowing for more data-driven development.
