#206 Discussing All Things Women's Health and Menopause with Tania Dalton Let's Just Talk

The vast majority of the clients I work with are females who range in age from 35-65 and I'm always doing my best to stay up to date with the latest evidence on exercise, nutrition and ways to live a happy, healthy and balanced life.

A topic I'm not well versed on though and something that ALL of my females clients will go through and something that will have varying degrees of effects on their ability to exercise and live that balanced life is Menopause.

So, this week I reached out to Tania Dalton who is passionate about helping pre and post menopausal women to thrive without taking extreme measures.

I learnt a TONNE in this podcast and I know I'll be a better coach to my females clients because of it, but there were also a lot of teaching moments that I'm positive many women will gain VAST benefits from.
