Christmas with a newborn is a beautiful and exciting time, but there can also be some challenges! Did you know that the incidence of mastitis rises around the festive period? In this episode I discuss navigating family events and changes to your feeding frequency, how you can reduce the chance of developing mastitis, whether you can have a glass of wine while breastfeeding, plus lots of other helpful tips for your baby's first christmas.
