Sydney Swans AFL Premiership Player Alex Johnson joins A Dose Of Positive this week for an open conversation with Byron around his own mental health challenges and the steps he has taken to lift his life.
Alex is currently raising funds and awareness for men's mental health with Movember and you can still make a donation to his campaign HERE
Byron and Alex then make a call to local Melburnian Connor Sahely and discuss his UNBELIEVABLE attempt to reach 3139 chin-ups in one day on December 10th, 2022. This will be to honour and respect the number of Australian lives lost to suicide in 2020.
Connor is raising funds for "Its Okay Not To Be Okay" which aims to bring the important conversations of mental health, suicide prevention and grief to the community.
