I stumbled upon their podcast by accident and became an instant fan. Anna and Kristina share so much knowledge and experience and I find their podcast super educational. We talk about of course their journey and spiritual practice and we talk about shadow work, self-love, their butterfly moments, and what we do here on earth, believing that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
