She claims she’s up to date on rent and has no idea why she’s being sued.
The plaintiff says he and the defendant have been friends for two decades, so he doesn’t want to sue him for breach of contract, but he says he’s owed $5,000 because of a botched plumbing job. The defendant says the plaintiff asked him to do extra work after he had already completed a bathroom. He’s suing for harassment and a hand truck.
