She claims the defendant took her inheritance check to the bank, and sister or no sister, she’s suing her for every penny. The defendant and her husband say the plaintiff got her check and they want nothing to do with her.
    The plaintiff says she bought inferior furniture from the defendant, but he refuses to make good on it. She claims the bed even cracked in the middle of the night and she ended up on the floor, hurting her spine. She’s suing for a refund. The defendant says he sent a repairman right away and even ordered a new bed leg from the manufacturer yet she’s still suing.
    The plaintiff says he rented a room from the defendant, but he had to move out because the environment was so hostile. He claims the defendant’s nephew threatened him. He’s suing for his security deposit , plus pain and suffering. The defendant says the plaintiff was a complete slob, so he kept the money to clean up the place.

The defendant alleges the plaintiff was a cheater who was still married when he proposed. She’s countersuing for pain and suffering.
    The plaintiff says he brought his 2002 Ford Explorer to the defendant’s car wash, but it came out of the machine with damage. When he complained, he says the defendant told him he wasn’t responsible because it looked like the broken part had been glued on. He’s suing for the cost of repairs. The defendant says the plaintiff caused a scene and swore at his employees. He claims the broken panel was already loose and caulked on.
    The plaintiff says she moved from Pittsburgh to New York and rented an apartment from the defendant. She claims the place was a disaster and should have been condemned for mold, bare sockets, and more. The defendant won’t return her money, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff and her daughter drove to New York, saw the place, and loved it. She claims the plaintiff is a loon who broke the lease, so she’s entitled to keep the money.

    The plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter. He claims she owes him for thousands in utility bills, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff gave her permission to use the utilities and claims he’s only suing because she went after him for child support
    The plaintiff says the defendant towed her new car and scratched it up. The car dealership told the towing company they used the wrong type of truck, but the defendant won’t admit it. She’s suing for the cost of repairs. The defendant says he’s been in business for 27 years and has photos to prove he didn’t cause the damage.

    The plaintiff says he donated his car to the defendant’s charity and explained he needed to get permission from his parole officer to remove a device that proved he was sober before the car would start. He says the defendant didn’t wait and had the car crushed. Now the plaintiff owes thousands to replace the breathalyzer, so he’s suing. The defendant says he tows cars for charities and claims it’s up to the defendant to remove all his personal belongings before turning over the vehicle.
    The plaintiff says the defendants are her former landlords and they’re refusing to return her security deposit. She says she left the place as she found it, so she’s suing to get her money back. The defendants say the plaintiff left the apartment late, so they kept the deposit. They’re also now countersuing for repairs.

After two weeks, she quit because she hadn’t been paid. She’s suing for her wages. The defendant says she has nothing to do with her parents’ finances because they have a financial guardian.
    The plaintiff says the defendant is his wife. He claims she’s done everything from sleeping with his best friend to stabbing him in the neck. They’re divorcing, and he claims she stole $3,000 worth of his stuff, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff took his things with the police present, so she claims he’s making it up.

Show is worth listening too however the judge is very rude to people. Not cool.
