In this episode we finish our study on Solomon’s prayer and supplication in 1 Kings 8-9. I believe that the promise we can find in his second prayer is applicable to our time and should be a reminder of how gracious the Lord is. We talk about the Lord’s forgiveness, His willingness to guide us, and the opportunity we have to turn to Him whenever and wherever we are. We hope you enjoy!

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven." This episode is the first of an eight episode long series studying the beatitudes Jesus gives us during his sermon on the mount. Each attitude gives an example of how we should behave and a promise if we behave that way. Today we study humility and the richness of God's provisions he offers us when we are "poor in spirit."

We begin our second episode with a brief explanation about what "BibleLab 450" really means. We study the number 50, which biblically represents joy. Paul's attitude in Philippians is a perfect example of how we should perceive life to maintain joy no matter what situation we are in. My favorite part is discovering the true meaning of Philippians 4:13, often over used by Christians today not in the way Paul originally portrays it in the book of Philippians.

In this episode, she teaches about what our purpose is as people, how listening to voices other than God's voice can leave us empty, and about how the gospel really is good news for us.
