To know God, better love and serve Him and His creation, and reflect Him to the world around us.

When I know who God says He is as revealed in the Bible, and believe that He is good and trustworthy, then I can face every circumstance in faith.   Instead of falling into unbelief, I can stand strong in Him and pray that I can experience and express His love in my circumstances, and to glorify Him.

Genesis 50:20 KJV "But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good; to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

What does it mean to be 'In Christ'.  When we receive Christ as our Saviour, we have God's Spirit living in us and by His grace, He begins the process of conforming us into the image of Jesus. We are a new creation and are called to a new way of living as God's children in His Kingdom. This often involves a struggle as we battle against old fleshly ways of doing things, beliefs and thoughts that are not in alignment with the Bible, and wounds from the past that keep us bound. But by God's grace, through  Word His and in His Spirit we are able to blossom into who we have been created to be.

God works in us through His Spirit in our New Heart (bud) to release and His image and glory (blossom) and express His Love and Works (fruit).
