Behind every alcohol-free drinks company is a sober/sober curious story, and the story behind Smug AF Cocktails is no exception.

Owner of Smug, Lauren (Loz) Lakin is on the other side of the bar, normally Loz interviews people for Smug's IG (Breeza and Maso have both been interviewed), sharing stories of sobriety.   So, with the tables turned, Loz was feeling a bit nervous!

In this ep, Loz shares her story of being a boozy party girl, and a part of a family of 'big drinkers' (even Nan gave it a good crack).  But when Loz's Dad ended up in ICU, everything changed for Loz including her drinking habits and creating a range of delicious alcohol-free cocktails.

Loz is now a mindful drinker and is saying 'no' to drinks more than she says 'yes', and in her words she is still just as LOUD and just as FUN when she isn't drinking.
