In the first half, space author and journalist Rod Pyle discussed the latest developments in the new space economy and humanity's movement into space, including the recent Space X test flight, Boeing Starliner test flight, the Chinese robot on the "far side" of the Moon, and NASA Mars samples. China, he announced, may conduct a crewed mission to the Moon in 2029, in tandem with the anniversary of the People's Republic of China, though America may also have a mission there in that time frame. SpaceX and Boeing were given money starting about 2010 to create privately built rockets and operate missions to the space station (ISS). While SpaceX has had much success in that regard, Boeing has run behind, and their recent Starliner capsule, which is currently docked at the space station, has encountered mechanical issues that have delayed the return of two NASA astronauts.Zero gravity's effect on the human body, particularly for men, is a concern in long-duration space missions, Pyle pointed out. Problems include vision failure, cardiovascular issues, and bone density loss. Regarding Mars exploration, it will take several decades for humanity to establish a significant presence on Mars, and just to get there is a six to seven month trip. Most observers, he added, think it may not be till the mid to late 2030s at the earliest when humans first arrive on the Red Planet. Pyle also reported on a Florida family suing NASA as debris from the space station hit their house, narrowly missing their sleeping child.------------In the latter half, author Marc Hartzman took us on a journey through some of his favorite weird history stories. From Flat Earth theories and Victorian spiritualists to the ghost stories that have shaped our modern conception of the spirit world, each story was a fascinating tale. In 1921, an Illinois school principal named Wilbur Glenn Voliva preached his Flat Earth theory to a thousand grade school and high school students, along with the idea that the sun was actually much smaller and located only a few miles away from our planet. Hartzman then recounted the tale of Hugh Mansfield Robinson, a British doctor who claimed to be in telepathic communication with a Martian woman named Oomaruru, and how he tried to send her a telegram from a London radio tower in 1926.He recalled the 1960 presidential campaign of UFO contactee Gabriel Green, who ran against Nixon and Kennedy on the "Space-Age" ticket. Hartzman delved into the "Great Moon Hoax" of 1835 when the New York Sun newspaper ran a series of articles about living creatures on the Moon that had been supposedly seen through an astronomer's telescope. The articles featured illustrations of "man-bats" and other exotic flora and fauna. He also spoke about the discovery of a never-before-seen scrapbook of the Rubber Skin Lady, a 1930s-era sideshow star.During the last half-hour, George featured a replay from 2011 with author Brad Steiger discussing alien mysteries.

In the first half, retired entrepreneurs Ron Kardos and Bruce Licht told of how they reached out to thought leaders to discover why they believe in a higher power. Their book, Elevator Pitches for God (book trailer), features 70 one-page essays, and each has a different, personal take on the subject. Among the people featured in the book were (the late) Senator Joseph Lieberman, actress Mayim Bialik, talk show host Dennis Prager, law professor Alan Dershowitz, Ambassador David M. Friedman, and our own George Noory. Kardos & Licht pointed out that the project did not espouse any one religion and included responses from those of many faiths. In his essay, nuclear physicist Gerald Schroeder humorously commented that we know God exists because NASA has taken a picture of it. That is, in the timeline of space, we can see where there was nothing, and then something began, and light created it.George Noory's account included his personal experience as a child in Fitchburg, MA, where he lived with his family in a multi-level home with a furniture store at the bottom. One night, while everyone was sleeping, a fire broke out in the furniture store, and smoke filled all the apartments above. George was awakened by a fireman who was in full gear. George then went and woke up his parents, and everybody made it safely out of the building. Afterward, George's parents thanked the fire chief for the fireman that first woke up George, but the chief responded, 'I don't know what you're talking about-- you were all out of the building before we even arrived.' George concluded that it was an act of God or one of his angels that woke him up and saved his family.----------------In the latter half, psychic medium Cathy Nadal talked about her readings, radio show,  and Wiccan practice, and paranormal investigator/entertainer Charles F. Rosenay delved into supernatural occurrences and ghost stories. Both specialize in paranormal investigations and making contact with the Other Side. Nadal shared her personal story of being a Wiccan colonel in the military, balancing spiritual and military life, as well as discussed her radio show "Bringing the Darkness to the Light" heard on 1490 WWPR in Tampa, Florida. She also talked about being certified with the Forever Family Foundation, an organization in Long Island where mediums are vetted and evaluated for their mediumistic evidence.Rosenay spoke about hauntings and ghost stories in Connecticut that he's collected or investgated, as well as his Dracula tours in Transylvania. He detailed a strange occurrence at a tour he conducted in Dudleytown, CT, an abandoned settlement that is thought to be haunted. One of the tour patrons, a skeptic, appeared to be bored, but then everyone started pointing at him, as his hair suddenly stuck straight up in the air. There seemed to be no explanation behind the odd phenomenon. Nadal and Rosenay are participating in two upcoming events in the CT area: the Connecticut Witch Trials Festival (which celebrates the exoneration of witches), and the Paraconn Convention.

In the first half, Billy Walters shared his life story as one of the highest rollers, biggest spenders, and most dangerous sports gamblers. When he first moved to Las Vegas in the early 1980s, a lot of gambling was connected with organized crime and associated with various controversies, and now, all these years later, sports gambling is legal in the majority of the states, he pointed out. Walters explained how during the 1980s, he purchased a roulette wheel to take apart and study. He then used a program to analyze the activity of various roulette wheels, and confirmed potential biases and identified wheels with favorable odds for players. Using his knowledge, he won $3.8 million in a couple of days playing the roulette wheel at one of Steve Wynn's casinos in 1986.Walters also described teaming up with a computer whiz named Mike Kent who developed the first computer software program using algorithms and data analysis to handicap sports betting. In order to break even on betting sports, you have to bet on 52.3% of winners, and Walters was winning 58% of the time, he revealed. Eventually, his success attracted the Mob, and Tony Spilotro (the main character in the movie "Casino" is based on him) tried to shake him down and get a cut of his profits. Walters and his wife promptly left town and only returned to Vegas after Spilotro had been murdered. After being profiled on a "60 Minutes" episode, in which he was critical of investing in the stock market and some specific companies, he was arrested on charges of insider trading and eventually served 31 months in prison.-----------------In the latter half, lawyer and anthropologist Petra Molnar discussed migration and human rights. She detailed how technology is being deployed by governments on the world's most vulnerable people and how borders are now big business. Molnar highlighted the need to prioritize human rights and dignity in the face of increasingly heightened conversations around immigration and border security. The issue of migration has turned into a complicated political hot potato, used to rile up the electorate, she noted, and yet those who seek political asylum have an international right to do so-- a legal underpinning that the US has agreed to.One of the reasons people are forced to flee their home countries is because of actions of the West, including imperialism and warmongering, she asserted. The increasing use of surveillance and technology at the borders doesn't stop people from coming but forces them into more dangerous terrain and leads to more deaths, such as in the Sonoran desert in Arizona, she said. The global "border industrial complex" will spend around $68-70 billion in the coming years, she cited, and has become an arena for experimentation, such as using AI lie detectors and military-grade robot dogs. Molnar cautioned that such technologies, which start with border issues, may eventually be used on the citizenry in general.

Ondre Seltzer, also known as "Dr. Ondre", is a world-renowned energy healer and founder of Frequency Energy Medicine (FEM), a technique that rebalances bio-frequencies to promote natural healing. He joined guest host Rich Berra (email) to delve into energy healing, intuition, and spirituality, as well as his experiences with deja vu and time travel, which he suggests may be linked to brain trauma.Seltzer distinguished between intuition and mediumship, explaining that intuition is a heightened sensitivity to emotions and hidden things around people, whereas mediumship involves communication with spirits. He recounted his childhood experiences of interacting with spirits, initially unaware they were deceased, and described how this ability had influenced his relationships. He shared his belief in a greater existence beyond our world and differentiated between types of ghosts. According to Seltzer, some are spirits that communicate and others are energy reflections of past traumas caught in repetitive loops.Seltzer presented his views on time travel and deja vu, associating these phenomena with quantum entanglement theory. He suggested that time is not linear but rather exists in a loop, with the past, present, and future merging together. When we step out of our conscious everyday mindset and enter the subconscious, our brains act like quantum computers receiving and transmitting information across different timelines, he revealed. This allows us to tap into past and future events, which could explain the experience of deja vu.Seltzer also related time travel to trauma by suggesting that traumatic events can create a strong emotional imprint, allowing individuals to access these memories across different timelines. He proposed that when a person experiences significant trauma, it can leave a deep mark on their subconscious mind which can cause them to repeatedly access the traumatic event, almost as if they are mentally traveling back in time to relive it.------------------------------------------Open Lines followed in the last 90 minutes of the program. Jason from Olympia, Washington, highlighted the issue of missing people in the United States, sharing statistics from 2022 that reported 350,000 missing individuals under 21 and 166,000 over 21, with a significant number being young females. He emphasized that the rise in population density contributes to the increased awareness of missing persons. Despite the best efforts involving canines, drones, and thermal imaging, many cases remain unresolved, he revealed.Frequent caller Cornelius shared his concerns about AI, which he referred to as the "antichrist intelligence," believing it poses a significant threat by taking over human jobs and potentially leading to a dystopian future. Cornelius speculated about a future dominated by digital currency and surveillance, highlighting Elon Musk's satellite projects as methods of control. He also criticized the rapid adoption of AI, citing McDonald's removal of AI at drive-thrus as a positive sign of pushback, and called for caution and better understanding before further integrating AI into society.Scott and Dothan, Alabama shared his experiences living with a family of ghosts approximately 16 years ago. He described seeing apparitions of a mother and daughter dressed in attire reminiscent of the "Little House on the Prairie" era, with his son also witnessing a ghostly baby in a high chair. Despite their presence, the family had no negative interactions with these ghosts, believing they were connected to the area's history as a former Native American reservation. He noted his son occasionally sees apparitions elsewhere, suggesting that such entities can follow individuals regardless of location.

Guest host Lisa Garr (email) welcomed psychic medium Sondra Sneed who revealed information she has received from a higher dimensional intelligence, known as Source. He recounted his journey towards spiritual awakening and the realization of being a Starseed, describing significant moments that led to this understanding. According to John, a profound experience with psilocybin mushrooms radically shifted his perspective from atheism to a deep sense of connection with the universe and a realization of his oneness with everything. This transformation sparked a quest to understand the concept and origins of Starseeds.John differentiated between Starseeds and Earthseeds, explaining that Earthseeds are souls that originated on Earth and evolved through various life forms before reaching the human stage. In contrast, Starseeds are souls that began their existence elsewhere in the universe, in different star systems, before coming to Earth. He emphasized that Starseeds come from a variety of places, including well-known star systems like Sirius, Lyra, Pleiades, and others, and often possess characteristics and memories associated with these origins. John detailed the evolutionary process of souls and the concept of ascending through different densities of existence, from individual consciousness to collective planetary and even star consciousness.John discussed the intuitive nature of his work as an astrologer and Starseed guide. He described his method of integrating intuition with astrological readings and using visions and feelings to provide a deeper understanding for his clients. This intuitive approach helps individuals comprehend their spiritual journey, past life karma, and the broader cosmic context of their existence, he noted. John also commented on the spiritual connections between humans and their pets, suggesting that Starseed pets may accompany their human counterparts as supportive companions.

During the first half of the program, veterinarian Dr. Marty Goldstein discussed holistic approaches to pet health and well-being and his journey into veterinary medicine. Goldstein revealed he followed his older brother into veterinary school because of his lifelong love for animals. After graduating from Cornell in 1973, he noticed a significant increase in the incidence of cancer among dogs. Cancer was predominantly seen in older dogs, with a reported rate of one in ten, Goldstein explained. Recent studies, such as those cited in his book "Spirit of Animal Healing," show a dramatic rise to one in every 1.61 dogs, he added. This alarming trend prompted him to dedicate his career to understanding and combating this rise in cancer.



Goldstein emphasized the unique bond between humans and their pets, describing them as sources of unconditional love free from the complexities of human relationships. He illustrated this by comparing how pets react to being locked in a closet versus how humans would react. He pointed to the profound impact of pets on their owners, noting that many celebrities have had to halt work due to their pets' illnesses. According to Goldstein, his mission has been to reverse the trend of terminal illnesses in pets through holistic and integrative veterinary practices, seeking to address both the physical and energetic health of animals. His books, including "Nature of Animal Healing," document numerous cases where non-responsive animals have recovered, which supports his belief in the importance of energy medicine alongside traditional veterinary care.



Goldstein reported on the shift towards biologically appropriate diets for pets and highlighted the benefits of freeze-dried food. This method preserves nutrition and is convenient for nationwide distribution, he noted. His freeze-dried pet food has received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with many reporting quick health improvements in pets. Goldstein advocated for a balanced approach to pet health which combines conventional and holistic methods to enhance lifespan and quality of life. He also provided his insights on how pets and their owners can share similar health issues due to energetic exchanges and emphasized prevention and integrative care for the overall well-being of pets.

In the third hour, Coast listener John Potter talked about navigating life's challenges after losing his eyesight, which began after he experienced severe stress and depression following the failure of his business in 2018. During this period, he did not seek any medical or psychological help. According to Potter, this neglect led to elevated blood pressure, which eventually caused his optic nerves to clamp and led to the loss of vision in both eyes by August 2019.



Potter revealed how he adapted to life without vision. He uses a cane for mobility, and while he cannot see images or details, he can perceive light flickers and motion close to his eyes. He emphasized the importance of seeking help for mental health issues to prevent severe physical consequences like his own. Despite his blindness, Potter said he maintains a positive outlook, shares his experience to help others, and continues to find joy in life through activities like listening to music and participating in community events.
