Day Twenty-Eight | Pick five

Welcome to day twenty-eight of the Jugar Life podcast. Today’s challenge is quite simple, select five friends, family members or work colleagues and write each one a simple once sentence message saying why you’re proud of them. For example, ‘Dale I am proud of the way you try and make every situation fun and full of energy, keep this up as I love it’. You can send this message as an SMS, through social media or even better you could write this on a beautiful card. This will make their day which will put a massive smile on your dial.
