Episode 101 - The Danger of Self-Serving Design
This week, Chris and Jon talk about self-serving design and the products that put customers last. It's not a DIY project... Self-serving design and self-serving products put the main focus on the needs of the business before the needs of the customer. Customer Reviews
Fave design podcast
Listening to Design Review has helped me a lot in my career. They have helped me to focus on what’s important, to pay less attention to what is meaningless and helped me to realise that we all make mistakes. DR helps me stay in the loop with what’s going on in UI design and enrich my vocabulary and verbal skills when discussing design. They seem like genuinely nice and humble people also.
Definitely one of my favorite design podcasts!
I’ve been listening to Design Review since its first episode. It’s one of the very few design podcasts that focus on design topics instead of interviewing designers. The discussions are generally in-depth and also practical, but not too serious; it’s a perfect morning podcast for digital designers.
