Like most people I have had a sense of wonder not only about the world we live in (our outer world), but also the world we think in (our inner world) for as long as I can remember. As I continue on this journey of life I will share with you my insights and also introduce you to the ordinary people I cross paths with who are achieving the extraordinary. I'm not talking about extraordinary as we traditionally perceive it with regards to success, I'm referring to those women and men who are living on purpose and sharing their unique gifts with the world - whatever those gifts may be.

Healing the Mother Wound Ft Kerri Hummingbird

Healing the Mother Wound Ft Kerri Hummingbird

In this absolute GEM of an episode we dive deep down the rabbit hole of parental relationships and how they can impact our entire experience for the rest of our lives in ways we often don’t realise.

Kerri helps us unpack how the interactions we have had with our parents as children can shape who we become as adults; our need to help others from an avoidance of our own wounds, our need for attention or validation as examples.

We discuss how these wounds can impact the way we relate in general - whether with partners, colleagues, friends, or anyone we interact with - in such a way that it influences how we listen, how we interpret, how we support, how we separate, how we judge, how we ridicule, and how we show up in the places and spaces we find ourselves in at any given moment.

There are many tips for how to overcome, let go of, and develop past these areas of our lives and heal these parental wounds, with an emphasis on developing a deep, foundational relationship with ourselves and the magical power that exists in all of life, and and embracing the power of authenticity as a key to unlocking everything we desire.

Mindfulness, Meditation and Mindset Ft Sara Robertson

Mindfulness, Meditation and Mindset Ft Sara Robertson

Ever wonder about the difference between mindfulness, meditation and mindset?

Do you think acceptance equals resignation and a lack of agency in what you are accepting?

Are you aware of how the stories you tell yourself shape and impact your life and life experiences?

In this AMAZING episode we explore all of these and so much more!

Our very special guest Sara Robertson, goes deep into sharing her own story of being an unemployed, alcohol-addicted single mother to being the founder of LimeHorse - a professional education company that offers training in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, organizational development and peak performance.

You’ll learn about the difference between mindfulness, meditation and mindset, the misleading overlap that can come with the general use of these terms, and how these three areas can help you shift your life from being a victim of life to having more agency in the direction your life takes you.

We also explore how the stories we tell ourselves literally support or hinder our growth, our relationships and the life we live, and how some basic self-awareness and acceptance you can make your life a smoother ride than it may have been.

Sara also provides a really juicy nugget of wisdom for the remedy of judgment… which may not be what you think!

In this PHENOMENAL episode we discuss everything from alcohol addiction and divorce to the three A model of mindfulness and how acceptance doesn’t equal resignation.

This is definitely one of the episodes where we encourage you to listen more than once to obtain all the wisdom and knowledge explored.

If you enjoyed this episode and resonate with Sara you can contact her directly at sara@limehorse.com or visit her website at www.limehorse.com to find out more.

The Body's Secrets Ft. Ceylan Kara

The Body's Secrets Ft. Ceylan Kara

In this episode we explore and discuss our body's hidden secrets and how understanding more about, and connecting to our bodies can help us to release trauma and optimise pleasure – not just for the body but for our Mind’s and Spirit’s also.

Ceylan’s multi-disciplinary and holistic approach to the body, in terms of both healing and pleasure, provides us with a unique opportunity to shift how we relate to, and use, our bodies for every day moments of existence, and for those more intimate moments with ourselves and our partner/s.

We explore how breath, movement, sex and pleasure techniques actually help us release trauma in the body and offer us the ability to heal, and attend to, our wounds in a fundamental way that penetrates the deepest part of our pain and fully release it.

Ceylan also explores ways we can connect to our bodies so they can reveal their own unique secrets to us. Ceylan goes on to share how the different forms of sex, what they offer and how best to use them, can help us in discovering these secrets, as well as provide us with a unique opportunity to expand our understanding, and use, of sex in transcending ourselves and ascending our Consciousness and Mind.

This is a really great episode for reshaping what we think about our bodies and what they're for, and also provides the three simple keys 🗝 to pleasure!
