EP 1// LATE DIAGNOSIS ADHD / WELCOME TO THE “LATE” FAM / MY STORY Sorry I'm Late: The ADHD Podcast

    • Mental Health

Be honest. Have you ever wondered if you have ADHD?

Are you having trouble focusing?

Do you require caffeine to get anything done at work?

Do you jump from task to task before even completing the first?

Welp, if you’ve found yourself reading these show notes, chances are you are seriously wondering if you have ADHD. (Relatable.) And you’re probably trying to find some answers, or at least some direction. Keep reading.

In this inaugural episode of Sorry I’m Late: The Podcast, I share my own story of when I got an official diagnosis of ADHD — finding out for the first time 27 years later.

I share my story of what prompted me to seek out a screening, I describe the muddle of emotions I felt immediately after, and I discuss the symptoms and signs of ADHD, according to my doctor.

If you’re an adult and think you have ADHD, or you have recently received a late diagnosis, you’ll definitely wanna tune in for some much needed reassurance, validation, and comfort.

Welcome to the “Late” Fam, bestie.
