EP 71 : Mastering Emotional Eating with Danielle Daem How To Not Get Sick And Die

    • Alternative Health

What is your go-to after a hard day? Cookies? Chocolate? Ice-cream?... either way it is something sweet, right? Well, you're not alone. It is very much a human thing to move towards some type of substance that suppresses or eliminates our negative experience and whilst heroine is a little extreme for most people, sugar often serves the function enough for us to be able to completely check out of the uncomfortable feelings that we're trying to avoid feeling. Dare I say it... uncomfortable emotions are at the core of your relationship with food.

In this episode we cover:

•How we use sugar as a sedation drug
•Why society doesn't support emotional management
•How to avoid eating your uncomfortable emotions and be totally okay with yourself
