Healing PMDD Holistically in Body, Mind and Spirit with Jes Hagan Wild Flow with Charlotte Pointeaux

    • Spirituality

PMDD is a very common disorder experienced affecting lives often in very debilitating ways, and yet very little is known about what it actually is and how to effectively, safely, and properly treat the underlying root cause (which is so often the case when it comes to women's health!).

My guest today Jes Hagan lived with PMDD for almost two decades and tried absolutely every treatment offered to her, losing so much in the meantime. Today though, she experiences incredibly improved menstrual cycles and huge reduction in her symptoms and now helps other people to overcome their PMDD holistically, using her signature process which helped her so much.

In this episode we talk about:
What PMDD is and is not, and what the differences between PMS and PMDD are.Jes's story and life with PMDD and how she nearly lost it all to PMDDThe treatment options she was given by health practitioners, what worked and what didn't How she discovered her own path to healing PMDD and what she now offers to people wanting to heal their PMDDHow trauma is linked to PMDDWe share our respective experiences of the luteal phase, which is when PMDD strikes, so you can see the difference between PMDD and non-PMDD experiences. and how Jes suggests you start your healing journey.

This is an episode I invite you to listen to if you have PMDD, suspect you might do but aren't entirely sure, or don't have this but through learning you can be a better support to others around you. Knowledge is power!
