A medieval history essential listen
All you will need to whet your interest in the Crusades to regain the Holy Land. Plenty of detail, useful asides, concise episodes, good pacing. You will enjoyment listening to stories so well read and organised. Sharon’s tempo is slower and very pleasant listening. Further series on Moorish Spain, other Crusades follow and are just as captivating.
