Artificial intelligence (AI) is fast becoming one of the most impactful and disruptive technologies in the workplace. AI can optimise work processes and extend human capabilities and it is no longer a hidden tool within the software we use. It is fast becoming a team-mate sitting alongside us in the workplace, providing advice, assisting us with administrative tasks, and recommending options for the problems we are trying to solve.

    Respectful Human & AI Transitions

    Respectful Human & AI Transitions

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a disruptive transformation in the workplace. Leaders have a great opportunity to identify ways to leverage the existing skills of their people and use technology to support human strengths and teamwork in the workplace. It is important to be clear about the intention of bringing in AI and to support employees through the transition. Leaders can create a culture of support by helping employees build new skills, exploring different roles, and providing resources like internal skills programs and free online courses, or outplacement if that's conclusion. The human impact of AI should not be overlooked, and leaders can uplift capabilities by integrating AI effectively and supercharging humans skills.
