She is the Founder and Director of Privvy, a Hunter-based clothing store that strives to create a positive atmosphere where every woman feels comfortable, confident and empowered.

Louise always starts her day with an early morning walk in nature, believing in balancing a healthy mind and body. She values spending time nurturing the relationships in her life, which includes the personal and professional.

Kylie Frearson is a passionate advocate for the buyer in a property transaction. This lead her to launch Buyer’s Agent business Property Solutions 101 in 2011.

She saw a need for buyers to have their own independent representation to level the playing field when purchasing property and made creating this opportunity her goal with her business.

Kylie is an extremely sharp negotiator, with years of local real estate knowledge, and has built a team of professionals just as passionate as she is.

Outside of work, Kylie is passionate about supporting women in sports and business, which has led her to launch a range of different initiatives and scholarships. Kylie and her husband Trent want to be the best possible example for their three daughters.

Dan Dimmock is driven by a deep desire to create video content that is remarkable, unusual, shocking, brilliant, and cutting-edge.

He is the Founder and lead Video Productions Specialist of Straightline Media, which was established in 2017.

Prior to starting his own business, Dan was a former radio host on weekends for Triple M Newcastle and a TV Commercial Producer for Southern Cross Ten.

Outside of work, you will find Dan playing tennis on Tuesday nights, partaking in the occasional golf game or spending time with his friends, wife Sarah and dog Hank.

Jason Schutz is a highly experienced professional in the facilities management industry, bringing more than two decades of expertise to the table.

As the Managing Director of Strike Force Services, a Hunter-based business covering a comprehensive range of facilities management services, Jason believes in having a strong can-do attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships.

He has worked on national contracts in areas including retail, sporting venues, food processing plants, power stations, manufacturing, and mining.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending his time outdoors whether that be motorbike riding, camping and four-wheel-driving, or landscaping. He has an interest in classic cars and dedicates much of his free time to local community charity initiatives, such as the Vinnies CEO Sleep Out.

Lyndall Allan is the Director of Salt Property, with over 23 award winning years in the industry behind her.

Lyndall was encouraged by friends, family, and former clients to strike out on her own after her long-term success in the property sector.

She is the only female auctioneer in the Newcastle region and is consistently at the top of her game, combining a mix of diligence and enthusiasm, with a fluent and engaging communication style.

Lyndall loves to travel and a few years ago she drove around Australia in a caravan with her husband and three beautiful children. They were open to relocation but couldn’t find anywhere they liked as much as Newcastle so; they came home and Salt Property was born.
