May you release what no longer belongs in your mind, your body, your heart & your soul. May you realign with the divine. Allow all chakras, meridians, bones, muscles, body systems from the cellular to cosmic layer to relax & rejuvenate.
Remember that you came here to explore & experience existence. So take a deep breath. Go get cozy. Come into stillness & allow me to guide you on a gentle inward journey. The more you choose YOU the more the universe reflects this. One of the greatest gifts we could give ourselves is the opportunity to just BE.

Welcome Back to Laced...coming to you live from Tropical Drive! It has been two years since I have touched this beautiful creation & now as we celebrate her 2nd birthday...it feels like a redemption song is in order!
As the infamous legend of all time Bob Marley sang: "Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds." -Redemption Song. 
To rise into ALL you came here to truly be is one of the most difficult challenges life offers.  In order to follow your true north, you must let your deepest desires come to the forefront. Your own mind can convince you the direct opposite & throw procrastination, distractions & unworthiness every step of the way.  You must lead with your heart while still uniting with your mind, body & soul.  There is great wisdom & epicness when one takes the WHOLE approach in life.  
May this episode remind you it is TIME to start living out your passions. May it invite you to become the highest vibrational version of YOU & may it help you come back to your own LOVE.
