Ep211 - Why you should stop carrying food around for your dog
Food as a reinforcer is important in the learning and training phases.
However it gets to a point that you must wean them off appropriately.
Don't rely on food when it comes to lifestyle skills, as food doesn't proof behaviours.

Great!
Panos’ content is so easy to digest. Clearly communicated and very obvious he not only loves dogs, but also the art of training.
Generally great content
I’ve been listening since 2020.
Great podcast, great guests and bite sized information presented in an understandable and interesting way.
I find Luke’s comments more annoying over time. I prefer the dynamic in the beginning with him asking questions to Panos, now he tends to repeat the advice said and it comes across as ego stroking and often cringe.
This podcast is gold
This podcast is so relevant. As an aspiring dog trainer these tips are invaluable. I have the privilege to learn from Panos by shadowing him during training sessions and I’ve learned soo much already. If you are a dog trainer or want to learn how to train your own dog - this podcast is for you
