Heidi and David! Thank you so very much for all that you share. I’ve had this on my listen list for a very long time and have just now found what I needed to listen. I’ve done lots of learning through OT’s, psychiatrists and paediatricians but am so so eager to learn more and to not only improve my parenting skills but my peopling skills. I love this podcast and listen to it as soon as each new episode is released. I have 3 kids, pre teen and teen, and I am learning how to make some changes to parenting that I had never considered. It has been so great and helpful and it’s real, practical and a must if you are a parent wondering how to navigate your kids going from being “your babies” to being their own beings with highs, lows and everything in between. The podcast also tackles some difficult and very real subjects. Keep up the great work Heidi and David. I am so thankful for you doing this.
