Big help

I have listened to one or two of these per day for the last couple of weeks and it has been a big help for me! Getting into a therapy session at the moment is a little difficult, and while this is not a replacement for it, I am finding these little sessions help get me out of my current mind set. A very big thanks, I will be listening to some more :)

Perfect combination of meditation and relaxing music

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to do so for this podcast. I highly recommend it for the most relaxing and rejuvenating meditations. The words and music and perfectly intertwined and it really is worth your while to take a moment and listen!

Only Meditation that Works!

This is the only form of meditation I can do! Her voice is so soothing and nothing feels forced or over romanticised. The guidance is natural and sensible, so I never have to try hard to connect with what is being said. I honestly love this podcast so much and so thankful that I found it.
