Thank you for changing my life

I just wanted to say thank you for making the first meditation tapes that actually work for me. I have tried Calm, Simple Habit, Headspace, Insight Timer and countless others that are fine for a short while but then I find myself bored and zoning out. Chel has an incredible voice that draws me in and soothes me down instantly. I listen every single morning on the train during my daily commute to work and I have noticed real changes in how I carry myself throughout the day. You really have changed my life. Amazing

I just did my first mini meditation and I feel amazingly calm. My week started out poorly and until this moment I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious. I am very grateful for this podcast and Chel’s beautiful words and calming voice.
