Ms. Miller is a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression Relapse Prevention (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) and has created a Mindfulness-Based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (MBDBT) program, which integrates mindfulness meditation practices with DBT's cognitive-behavioral emotion regulation skills.

Wish there were more

Perfect cadence, tone and length of silences. This is the best body scan/mindfulness of breath meditation. I listen to it almost every night.

Mindfullness of Breath

This is a great way for a beginner to start meditation. The track is only 23 minutes long so you can get it in early in the morning or at lunch time. Lisa leaves ample time for silence and her voice is calm and soothing. Give it a go!!!! I have really enjoyed it.
