Mitch is an Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach who specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Mitch has previously worked with Carlton Football Club as the Performance preparation coordinator for AFLW and is an Exercise Physiologist at Melbourne Fitness & Performance.
