    Onoda and Felicity White join ‘Off The Floor’ from the Australian Gymnastics Championships on the Gold Coast to recall their Olympic experience in Tokyo.



    The quintet made history three years ago when they became the first Australian Rhythmic Gymnastics Group to step onto the floor at an
    Olympic Games.



    With host Dane Heverin they discuss how the Covid-19
    pandemic restrictions on the Games brought the Australian team closer together, and how they practised their routine over Zoom during lockdown.



    They also provide career updates - Alexia and Himeka are
    studying physiotherapy, Felicity is studying to be a primary school teacher, Alannah has a new job as an exercise physiologist and Emily is close to completing her studies in psychology – as they gathered together to support Alannah during her comeback to the sport at the Australian Gymnastics Championships.

    Tyson Bull boasts the best performance by an Australian in Men's Artistic Gymnastics in an Olympic Games which he achieved by finishing fifth in the Horizontal Bar final at the Tokyo.

    In an open and honest conversation with host Dane Heverin, Tyson discusses wrestling with the disappointment of missing out on a medal while also viewing making an Olympic final as a remarkable achievement.

    He also takes us through his journey in the sport, including his time in the US college system, and the incredible friendship amongst Australia's Men's Artistic Gymnasts which led to him winning a Commonwealth Games silver medal in Birmingham.

    Ji Wallace is the only Australian to win an Olympic medal in gymnastics with his silver medal in Trampoline at the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000 – the first time the sport appeared at the Games.

    Ji is now a coach in the Queensland high-performance program and on this episode, he discusses with host Dane Heverin how eager he is to help another Australian stand on an Olympic podium.
