Science has never been more fun.

Alie has this wonderful reverence in the way she interviews and interact with the guests on this show. Her humour brings a refreshing lightness to what could be dry topics. I honestly don’t think science has ever been so interesting. Thank you Alie for a great podcast and for reaffirming my love for science.

So insanely funny it keeps me sane

Dearest Alie Ward, I’ve been listening to your podcast for a couple of months now from the very first episode in a very chronological order, and you and your show never fail to help me forget the more-than-sad parts of life. Thank you for accompanying me on long drives and DJ air horning me to sleep when my mind is too active for my own good. You’re the best.

A Science Kid Turned Arts, Turned Science Once More

I discovered this podcast early this year thanks to a recommendation from the lovely Emily from Brain Scoop just as I was starting to find myself a little bit more interested in science, and I haven't stopped listening since!

I thought I had ended my science journey when I went to university to study Fine arts, after growing up doing a wild variety of STEM programs growing up, from a Marine Biology scholarship course, to a physics class which I had added on to my curriculum in my final years of high school. As it turns out, Ologies has boosted my love for all things science and knowledge well past previous levels, and thanks to inspiration from the Body Farms and Morphology episodes, I have taken it upon myself to starting taking an anatomy class for the next 2 years of my degree, and borrow out all the free textbooks on every subject I can get my grubby hands on. My science journey is far from over!

Thanks Dad, you've inspired me to take the STEM path I never thought I would take again, you've absolutely turned my life around right when I thought I wouldn't be able to!
Check this out for all the STEM inspiration you never thought you wanted, art kids!
