From a broken home to a beautiful new place, Elizabeth Lundeen realizes now that God will restore and forgive any sin. She spent years running from God and now runs passionately to Him each day. Do you thank God each day for His blessings and help? In Luke 17:11-19 NKJV, Jesus encountered 10 lepers, who cried out to Him for mercy and healing. He told them to go show themselves to the priest (who would proclaim them healed and cleansed and restored to society). Only one of the lepers, a Samaritan, saw that he was cleansed and returned to thank Jesus with a loud voice.

Each day we need to thank God for what He has done, is doing, and will do. Gratitude can change your life and mine. It is like lighting a candle each morning to dispel the darkness in this world. Let's cultivate a thankful heart to God, like the leper who returned to thank and glorify Jesus.
