Prioritising your time for a healthy & happy life Women Living Well After 50 Podcast

    • Self-Improvement

On reflection I decided to make the topic for my Micro Mondays episode on the Women Living Well After 50 podcast, all about how we are use out time to live well and enjoy life.
It’s my 64th birthday today and a time for me to reflect how I’ve used my time so far and how I want to make the most of the time I have left on this earth.
I also reflect on the importance of making the most of time during lockdown which many are experiencing at the moment. Mental Health has become an issue and with this comes lack of clarity, not wanting to do anything and feelng ‘why bother’.
We all have the same number hours during the week. Time can be short and we can get caught up in life and let life slip by without us realising it.
Are you making the best use of your time to have a balanced and fulfilled life?
During the podcast I discuss easy ways to make the most of your time

Have a plan including time for being spontaneous. This is important especially during life’s challenges as we lose clarity and find that one day flows into the next without us realising.Think about how you want to use your time in the future. Make a list of what you would like to do.Make time for nurturing yourself in mind, body and spirit – even times for a ‘doona’ dayConnect with Sue
