Hi, I’m Richard Phu
I’m the Managing Director at Outsourcing Angel, also known as the Business Freedom Designer. I came up with this title because I’m constantly thinking about how I can make life easier for my boss, team, partner, and clients.
I help SME business owners scale their businesses to run without them by automating, systemising, and providing them with Virtual Assistants.
I’ve combined my many years of management consulting background at KPMG with over a decade of experience in recruiting virtual assistants to help time-poor business owners Systemise and Scale Up their operations by:
✔️Targeting their key core activities that they shouldn’t be doing.
✔️Design (build) the systems and processes that will allow them to scale.
✔️Implement automated solutions that will save them (and their team) from manual/duplicate work and reduce errors.
✔️Recruit and Train a Virtual Angel (not just any virtual assistant) that they’ll select to be part of their scaling journey.
I’ve been designing, building, implementing, and reviewing processes and systems for well over 8 years working with clients like Deutsche Bank, Nestle, and Macquarie Bank.
Through my systems, I’ve been able to become an #1 Best Selling Author, International Speaker, Coach, Podcast Host, and Virtual COO. Helping business owners to scale their businesses to work without them.
