Listened to 4 episodes now and have to say how much I am enjoying this podcast. Current, sharp analysis by top AFR journalists and yet, a lovely, amiable, yet, laconic style to the repartee. Don’t always agree with everything these two say (e.g. independence of AGL board nominees) but it is always thoughtful & I can’t miss it every week.

Informative, succinct & entertaining!

This has quickly become one of my favourite podcasts. James and Tony present the information succinctly and in an easy-to-understand way, with some humour and light-heartedness thrown in. The punchy 30 min episodes are great. 5 stars.

Entertaining finance?

Ok the title would normally be an oxymoron but these guys are inciteful AND entertaining. The calm and rationale Tony Boyd ( with a real voice for radio) and the slightly more excitable James Thompson jam about the latest finance news and somehow keep it understandable for the non finance community. A must listen… just don’t take Tony’s footy tips.
