Is safety an emotion or a state of being?  


On tonight's episode, Shari and Lumyr discuss what it means to be "Safe" and what the conditions are that are required to experience said safety. They are joined by artist, activist and community leader Ant Thomas. Ant Thomas has a wide reaching roots in the city of Boston, growing up in the South End, Working for the Louis D Brown Peace institute, the State House and a number of financial institutions based  in the city. His music, delivers lyrical yet heartfelt love and appreciation for his Boston roots.
