    Learning to slow down, take stock of the success and keep aligned to the big goal is something that taken a lot of learning.

    Slow hadn't existed for me in a LONG time.



    And it was a couple of years after I first heard this phrase that I really listened and put it into practice.



    The more I slowed down, went inwards to listen and reflect, the more that came to me.
