    The motivation behind is nothing but me wanting to remind you that Instagram is just a highlight real and EVERYBODY has their day to day struggles. BUT there is a difference between sitting in your struggle and just complaining... and struggling but knowing how to work through it.

    So in todays ep I talk about some day to day things that I am finding it hard to navigate atm, and the things I am doing to work through them. I ALSO touch on some common things that my clients are struggling with and how we are working through those too.
