Aaaaand this podcast is hilarious.
These lads are not only excellent at podcasting, they talk from the heart about really interesting stuff. The banter is gold.
I also love how they dedicate time to the unsung heros of the sport (admin staff, physiotherapists etc). I love to keep fit and healthy and strive everyday towards my own goals, so those rare glimpses into an elite sportsperson’s diet, lifestyle, fears, psychology etc., are deeply fascinating.
Perhaps what I love the most about this podcast is how the lads are really supportive of one another. It creates a warm, fuzzy, trusting and hilarious atmosphere, and I think a lot of us are missing these bonds in our lives and this show helps fill that void a little bit.
