99.*****National Careers Week Special*****Elevate your career services with Morrisby featuring Craig Eastwood - Morrisby Australia Program Manager

Please note that this episode is a recording from a live podcast/webinar for National Careers Week in partnership with the Australian Centre of Career Education (ACCE)

Morrisby profiles are primarily used in government, independent and some catholic schools around Victoria and other states in Australia. The profile provides individuals with subjective data to support their career decision-making and spark career suggestions and conversations. It is used as a part of the My Career Insights program in Year 9 for government schools, and often, people assume that it is only appropriate for high school students. In this episode, Tyson and Craig Eastwood discuss the many use cases for Morrisby, with Tyson sharing his perspective on how he uses it in the services of Arrive & Thrive. In contrast, Craig shares the history of Morrisby, and some of the data points the tool captures.

The pair also run through the usual segments of the podcast, including book recommendations and what we are ROARING about! For more information, please explore the links below:

Very worthwhile

I have been listening to Arrive and Thrives’s podcasts for quite some time now and am always impressed with the variety of guests and useful information. Tyson is engaging, has a curious mind , develops rapport quickly and asks those questions that you want to know but perhaps hadn’t even thought of yourself. I thoroughly recommend this podcast for any educator or career professional as well as anyone who enjoys human interest.
