Smart people
I just listened to the mail bag episode. Laughed at the reviews. I always feel better informed after listening. Have to say that as an Australian there is so much of the culture and law in the USA that makes no sense from here. But the worship of inaccurate history and how it gets reflected in interpretation of law is baffling. This podcast helps a bit. Keep it going folks. And always wear a hat and sunscreen when going outside. As well as moisturising. Um… crikey?

Thank you from Sydney, Australia enlightening me on your Supreme court, which has scandals whirling around, you deep knowledge, great wordsmiths and surprisingly entertaining
Love this show!
The US Supreme Court has taken a path that is continually challenging my sense of what is fair and just but more importantly the rights of people living in a democracy. These podcasts help me grasp at least some perspective that I am not the only one traumatized by their recent decisions and the future ones they are sure to make! I take you with me on my daily walks and you always make me smile and laugh at some point. This alone is worth the listen!
Please keep up this important dialogue - we need voices of reason in this crazy time - but more importantly it motivates me to walk so I can hear your next episode!!
