Bare Knuckle Redemption: Triumph Over Domestic Violence - Bec "Rowdy" Rawlings (Rodriguez)

Bec “Rowdy” Rawlings (nee Rodriguez) is a bare knuckle fighting world champion; a former MMA and UFC star; and she’s an absolute warrior.
We were so honoured that Rowdy chose to sit with us and bravely share her story. To say she survived domestic violence downplays the violence, the terror and the horror she experienced. Here, she opens up about her life both inside and outside the ring, shedding light on the often overlooked intersection of athleticism and personal struggle.
Hear firsthand how she overcame adversity, found her strength, and became an inspiring and courageous advocate for survivors everywhere.

Wow just wow!

I can’t love this podcast enough! The guests are next level and the topics around mental health have been so impactful to me. The boys talk so openly about their own battles and the added humour and brotherhood makes this one of my favourite podcasts!!

Highly recommend 🙏
