George Kafrouni is the director and owner of powerhouse gym, Breakthrough Fitness, located in Merrylands in Sydney's south-west.
In this episode, we go over George's journey from living in Lebanon as a child, to being admitted into medical school, to opening up his own gym.
As all good journeys go, this path definitely wasn't linear for George and he fought many battles along the way.
George also opens up about his own battles with mental health and how this has impacted him along the way.
